48+ Hours Early
Change of plans? If you let us know at least 48 hours in advance, you can choose between a full refund or rescheduling your session at no cost.
Under 48 Hours
Because we set aside this specific studio hour just for you, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without a call or message beforehand will be considered forfeited and won't be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
