Aliento Pilates Policies

Class Cancellations & No-Shows

To allow every client the opportunity to reserve a spot, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class and no-shows will result in the class credit being used. Drop-in purchases may not be refunded for late cancellations or no-shows.

If Aliento Pilates needs to cancel or reschedule a class, your class credit will be returned to your account or applied to a future class.

Class Packs

The Aliento 4-Class Pack includes 4 class credits valid for eligible Aliento Pilates classes. Credits must be used within 60 days of purchase.

Unused credits do not roll over after expiration. Class packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to settle in and set up your mat. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started in order to protect the flow, safety, and experience of the class.

Health & Safety

All classes are open to all levels, and modifications will be provided throughout the class. Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies and moving in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Please inform your instructor before class of any injuries, pregnancy, postpartum needs, or physical limitations that may affect your practice. Aliento Pilates classes are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult your medical provider before participating if needed.

Photo & Video Notice

Classes may occasionally be photographed or recorded for Aliento Pilates marketing, social media, or studio use. If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please let your instructor know before class.

Your Privacy

Aliento Pilates collects basic information when you book a class or purchase a plan, such as your name, contact information, and payment details. This information is used to manage bookings, communicate class updates, process payments, and maintain studio records.

Aliento Pilates does not sell your personal information. Payment information is processed through secure third-party providers.
